Coronavirus (COVID-19) Message

Effective from 11:59pm on Wednesday 18 November and in accordance with state government restrictions:

  • Repairs will be restricted to authorised personnel and only with contactless drop off and pick up
  • Walk in sales will not be available
  • Remote Sales and contactless pickup will be available
  • Remote support is available and on-site support may be available to select essential service / medical customers.


We will monitor the advice of federal and state governments and will post an update here if our services change.

We ask that customers do not enter the store if they are showing symptoms such as:

a fever

or
respiratory symptoms like

  • coughing
  • sore throat
  • shortness of breath.

Other symptoms can include runny nose, headache, muscle or joint pains, nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, loss of sense of smell, altered sense of taste, loss of appetite and fatigue. 
Or if they are currently in mandatory self-isolation.
Before coming to the store please call 0883510011 to find out if you meet our criteria to enter the store. When in store please strictly observe the 1.5m distancing and follow our staff's directions.
